1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KalloView ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Who Can Use KalloView

You must be at least 13 years old to use KalloView. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

Users can sign up with an email, which will automatically generate a wallet linked to the email. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

There are two main user roles:

• Reviewers – individuals who post feedback on products/services.
• Product Owners – businesses or individuals who list products/services and may assign roles to staff or admins (e.g., Campaign Creators).

4. Points and Tokens

Users earn points by interacting with the platform (e.g., reviewing products, participating in campaigns).

Points can be:

• Traded for premium features
• Staked for access or rewards
• Exchanged for gift cards (where available)

Tokens/points are not currently redeemable for fiat or cryptocurrency, but this functionality may be introduced in future updates.

5. Blockchain Interaction

KalloView operates on the XION blockchain. By using the platform, users consent to interacting directly with smart contracts. Wallets are non-custodial and generated upon email signup.

6. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the reviews and content they post. KalloView does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any review.

• Reviews may be flagged for moderation.
• Product Owners may reply publicly to reviews.
• We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates our community guidelines.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use KalloView for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Post harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or its smart contracts.

8. Platform Access and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We are not liable for any loss due to downtime, token price changes, or feature removals.

9. Disclaimers

Review Accuracy: KalloView does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of reviews.

Token Value: Token/point value is subject to change and is not guaranteed to hold or gain value. We are not responsible for market volatility or token loss.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms or our community guidelines. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through standard legal processes in Nigerian courts.
